Being first time buyers we didn’t know the first thing about mortgages! We initially sat down with Russ and he got to know us and explained all of the different options and the process. There were many factors that we thought might hold us back from being excepted for a mortgage however Russ pursued and helped us acquire our first home. No question was ever a silly question, he was understanding, efficient and he made the process effortless. Russ is a professional, down to earth and fun guy who was easily reachable making the whole process a lot less stressful! Russ - This could have been an immensely stressful time for me as I had so much else going on in my life at the same time. However, everything by yourself and your company was addressed with so much urgency and I know you gave it your full attention at all times. Also, on the plus side you negotiated to save me £3000 through the vendor, so in actual fact your fees were minimal in comparison. On top of this you got me free legal for my re-mortgages which saved me potentially £600 per re-mortgage totalling £1800. So all in all you saved me £4800.00. Alan W

You have provided the excellent service. Russ and Kinga were really helpful and quick in their work and response whenever I had query. It was really helpful for us that Russ comes to our house to discuss about mortgages during our free time so I had no need to take time off from my work. I was bit disappointed when first mortgage offer didn't go through but Russ managed to get the mortgage offer from the new lender quickly.
