Russ - This could have been an immensely stressful time for me as I had so much else going on in my life at the same time. However, everything by yourself and your company was addressed with so much urgency and I know you gave it your full attention at all times. Also, on the plus side you negotiated to save me £3000 through the vendor, so in actual fact your fees were minimal in comparison. On top of this you got me free legal for my re-mortgages which saved me potentially £600 per re-mortgage totalling £1800. So all in all you saved me £4800.00.
